Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery transit time will vary. For made-to-orders items from Ireland, allow 2 -3 weeks. If a product you ordered is not currently available, we will contact you by email or phone.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Celtic Cross Gifts incorporates SSL encryption to keep your online order information safe. We are required to collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Florida address. International customers may remit via PayPals.

If you prefer not to use a credit card, you may send a US Money Order along with your order information. Please include your name, phone number, mailing address, product name/description and quantity. Send order to:

Shipping

To United States Locations: We ship via US Postal Service or UPS.  All jewelry orders and orders over $100 receive FREE Shipping in the U.S.
To International Locations: The Free Shipping option is not available to International customers. We can ship to International locations depending on local restrictions. Please contact us for shipping charges plus a $4.00 handling fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If we made a mistake or you received an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please notify us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt of your order to request a return authorization. If your order was damaged in transit, please return the merchandise and all original packing material until advised otherwise.

If you are not happy with any item, please call or email us for a return authorization. All we ask is that you return the merchandise within 15 days of the receipt of your order. When we receive the item, we will credit the account used for the sales transaction. A refund can only be made on goods returned in perfect condition with all original tags attached. We do not sell products or services to children. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

You may have arrived at our website through an Internet search, or from an affiliate link. Please remember that these are separate entities, outside of our control. This privacy policy is only valid for the Celtic Cross Gifts’ website.
